Environmental Impact Assessment of Integrated Culture Center Development

The research is initiated by preparing a term of reference for environmental impact analysis on the development plan of the Integrated Cultural Center, which then continued by conducting an environmental impact study which include identification of impacts, impact prediction, and impact evaluation, as well as formulating the environmental management plan and monitoring plan in the form of RKL-RPL documents. The reasearch location is in Klungkung subdistrict with an area of planned activities of about 318 Ha. Various environmental parameters will be observed in including geo-physical chemical components (climate, space and land, soils, air quality, hydrology, hydro-oceanography, and transportation), biological components (flora and fauna) as well as socio-economic and cultural components, including public health. The results of this study will conclude whether the planned activities are environmentally feasible or not.
