Framework Pengelolaan Infrastruktur TIK di Pemerintah Kabupaten Badung

The Information Technology (IT) Framework is a conceptual framework to guanrantee that the information technology supports an organization in achieving its objectives. The results of the implementation of e-government observation Badung Government indicates uncontrolled utilization of ICT infrastructure, and not managed properly.This paper aims to provide frameworks for ICT infrastructure management in Badung Regency based on COBIT 5. Within the implementation, 13 processes of 5 domains, i.e APO01, APO02, APO03, APO07, APO08, BAI02, BAI04, DSS01, DSS03, EDM01, EDM02, EDM04, and MEA01 are selected. The mapping of RACI chart to the organizational structure of Dishubkominfo (ICT Unit) of Badung Regency as the implementing agency and as ICT leading sector, shows that there are only four roles that actualy perform processess and one role in Dishubkominfo which play multiple roles in COBIT 5. The ICT infrastructure framework in Badung regency is the result of analysing of 13 COBIT 5 processes that used as management principles. This framework consists of descriptions, goals, scopes, policies, and RACI chart of the activities and roles of each process.
