E-Jurnal Manajemen Unud, Vol. 6, No. 6, 2017: 3225-3251 ISSN : 2302-8912 PENGARUH SERVANT LEADERSHIP DAN TRUST IN LEADERSHIP TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOUR I Komang Hady Perdana1 Ida Bagus Ketut Surya2 1,2Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Udayana, Bali, Indonesia email : hadyperdana666@gmail.com ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh servant leadership dan trust in leadership terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan My Buss Denpasar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan My Buss Denpasar Bali sebanyak 118 orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sensus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert 5 poin untuk mengukur 12 item pertanyaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan program SPSS 15.00 for windows. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa servant leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Trust in leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Pimpinan harus saling hormat menghormati, mengakui kontribusi karyawan terhadap tim, memperbaiki sistem kepemimpinannya dengan mengadopsi sikap trust in leadership, memiliki integritas yang dapat dipercaya karyawan dan memiliki kompentensi yang dapat dipercaya karyawan. Kata Kunci: servant leadership, trust in leadership, organizational citizenship behavior ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of servant leadership and trust in leadership on organizational citizenship behavior in employees My Buss Denpasar. The population in this study are employees My Buss Denpasar Bali as many as 118 people. The method used in this research is census method. The data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using 5-point Likert scale to measure 12 question items. Analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 15:00 for windows. Analysis showed that servant leadership and significant positive effect partially on organizational citizenship behavior. Trust in leadership and significant positive effect partially on organizational citizenship behavior. Leaders must be mutual respect and recognize employee contributions to the team, improve the system of leadership by adopting an attitude of trust in leadership, integrity trustworthy employees and have competence trustworthy employees.
