PENGARUH MINAT GENERASI MUDA BEKERJA DI TEMPAT LAIN DAN FAKTOR LAINNYA TERHADAP PRODUKSI GULA MERAH

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : 1) untuk menganalisis modal,bahan baku, pendidikan dan kesempatan kerja ditempat lain secara simultan terhadap minat generasi muda dalam memproduksi gula merah di Kecamatan Dawan Kabupaten Klungkung. 2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh modal,bahan baku, pendidikan dan kesempatan kerja ditempat lain berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap minat generasi muda dalam memproduksi gula merah di Kecamatan Dawan Kabupaten Klungkung. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Dalam penentuan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh subjek atau semua anggota populasi. Banyaknya populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 44 pengusaha industri rumah tangga gula merah. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa modal, bahan baku, pendidikan dan kesempatan kerja ditempat lain secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi gula merah. Secara parsial modal, bahan baku, dan pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produksi gula merah dan kesempatan kerja di tempat lain berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap produksi gula merah. Kata kunci: produksi, modal, bahan baku, pendidikan, kesempatan kerja ABSTRACT The objectives of this study are: 1) to analyze capital, raw materials, education and employment opportunities in other places simultaneously towards the interest of the younger generation in producing brown sugar in Dawan District, Klungkung Regency. 2) To analyze the influence of capital, raw materials, education and employment opportunities in other places partially influence the interest of the younger generation in producing brown sugar in Dawan District, Klungkung Regency. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. \ In determining the sample of this study using all subjects or all members of the population. The number of population in this study was 44 brown sugar home industry entrepreneurs. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that capital, raw materials, education and employment opportunities in other places simultaneously had a significant effect on the production of brown sugar. Partially capital, raw materials, and education have a positive and significant effect on brown sugar production and employment opportunities in other places have a negative and significant effect on brown sugar production.
