Abstrak
This study aims to explore effect of organizational communication, career patterns, achievement motivation and organizational commitment on employee performance. Respondents 121 staffs of Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Industry and Trade (Diskoperindag) at Klungkung Regency, Bali Province - Indonesia. Data analysis by statistical method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS software version 20.0. Result of this study is achievement motivation has a direct influence in a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment, while organizational communication and career patterns have a direct influence in a positive insignificant to organizational commitment. Achievement motivation and organizational commitment has a direct influence positively and significantly on employee performance, while the organizational communication and career patterns have a direct influence in a positive insignificant to employee performance.
