Abstrak

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PRACTICE AND ORGANIZATION PERFORMANCE (Case study on Star Line Hotel Manager in Bali) Abstraction Indonesia's tourism industry is currently preparing and improving in the face of the presence of international tourism programs. The strategic efforts undertaken by tourism actors, especially in the province of Bali, among others, prepare competent human resources, accommodation facilities, transportation, and so forth. Accommodation or hotels is one of the important means of supporting the existence of tourism by providing execelent and world-standard services and facilities for travelers. The operational path of a hotel needs to get support from various parties both from employees and managers. The existence of line managers can not be regarded as weak because they are a direct supervisor of employees at the operational level of the organization They are directly involved in the implementation of human resources management and always monitor the performance of the team he leads. So that the support provided will affect the performance of employees in achieving organizational performance. This research was conducted in order to see the performance of star hotels in Bali with the application of msdm practice and line manager support. The population is 141 units of three-star hotels, four-star and five-star, with a sample of 60 hotel units and with line manager respondents in different divisions. Data analysis using model of Partial Least Square Path Modeling (SEM PLS) and processed with SmartPLS version 3.2.6. The results of this study indicate a positive and significant relationship between msdm practice to line manager support. However, there was no significant correlation between msdm practice to organizational performance also between line manager support to organizational performance.
