Abstrak

Entrepreneurial leadershipmoderatinghigh performance worksystemandemployee creativity onemployeeperformance Mateus Ximenes1*, WayanGedeSupartha2, IGustiAyuManuatiDewi2 and Desak KetutSintaasih2 Abstract: This studyaimstoexamineandanalyzetheroleofvariableentrepreneurial leadershipasamoderatorontheinfluenceofhigh-performancework systems andemployeecreativityonemployeeperformance.Inaddition,thisstudy also aimstoanalyzeandexaminetheeffectofhigh-performanceworksystemson employee creativity,andemployeeperformance,andtheeffectofemployeecreativity onemployeeperformance.Thestudywasconductedoncooperativeemploy- ees inTimorLeste.ThenumberofcooperativeemployeesinTimorLesteis400 people, takenasasampleof200employees.Determinationofthenumberof samples isbasedontheSlovinformulawithaprecisionof5%.Determinationofthe number ofsamplesofemployeesineachcooperativeiscarriedoutproportionally, while thedeterminationoftherespondentsofthestudywasconductedrandomly. Data analysiswasperformedwiththeSmartpls3.0program.Theresultsofdata analysis showthathigh-performanceworksystemhasasignificantpositiveeffect on employeecreativityandemployeeperformance,andemployeecreativityalso has asignificantpositiveeffectonemployeeperformance.Theresultsofthe analysis alsofoundthatentrepreneurialleadershipplaysaroleasamoderatorof the relationshipofhigh-performance worksystemsandemployeecreativityto employee performance.
