Nevus melanositik kongenital yang dilakukan tindakan biopsi plong dan penutupan rotation flap

Abstrak

Introduction: Congenital Nevomelanostic Nevi (CNN) is a benign melanocytic neoplasm that appears from birth or within the first week after birth. The form of CNN consists of round or oval papules or tumors, with smooth to rough (verrucous) surfaces, regular and firm boundaries, with hair growth. Currently, dermatosurgery field has evolved significantly, especially in the surgical procedures performed on the facial area, which aesthetic and cosmetic aspects should be highly monitored. Case Report: We report one case of CNN in the right cheek area in 30 years old man. The diagnosis of CNN was made based on history, physical examination and histopathological examination. We perform punch biopsy and rotation flap closure for the patient and it shows good results. The consideration for using this technique that CNN lesions was small and as the cosmetic side gave the patient a good result. Keywords: congenital nevomelanocytic nevi, punch biopsy, rotation flap.
