Eksistensi Pengelolaan BErsama Tanah Kuburan (Setra) Di Desa Pakraman Peliatan Ubud Gianyar

ABSTRACT Bali with all its diversity, such as, customs, traditions and culture, also has an indigenous community alliance in the management of the grave land. Not al lthe indegeneous village awig-awig can be regulate for the management of grave land like the peliatan village, it is necessary to establish a special regulation regarding the management of joint land to avoid conflict. The porpose at the problem are: 1) How the implementation form of the grave land joint management at Peliatan Village; 2) How is the compliance of the traditional village resident related to the management of shared grave land at Peliatan Village. The method that can be used is the empirical law, that is a seintific observation done by seeing a syanetry between theory and practice. According to the result of observation that is done toward the problems, can be conclusion thats the management the grave land can be said have gone well as a form om compliance with customary law communities, but it has not been specifically regulated regarding the joint management of grave land, it is only regulated generally in the awig-awig and pararem.
