Study on
Bali Traditional Food in itsDevelopment as Fuctional Food of Bangli Regency
The survey results show that
there are 56 types of traditional food consisting of 17 foods, 34 types of
snacks and fivetypes of drinks in Bangli Regency. Chemical composition analysis
was performed on 43 types of traditional food.
