State Responsibility to the Impact of the Outer Space Commercialization

Space activities have transformed from a pure science exploration into commercial activities. This book discusses the nature of the impact of space activities to the global environment as the result of outer space commercialization, the form of state responsibility in the governing the global environment, and the implementation of the principles of state responsibility in the controlling of global environment impact caused by space activities.
