Law as a System

This book is the first achievement of work of Prof. Wyasa and Prof. Lili Rasjidi in the field of epistemology of science. There are numbers of books have been published using title "legal system" of "law as a system". However, such books have not written based on the system epistemology and science of law epistemology, some of which even has been written under social science approach. This book discusses law as a system based on system epistemology and science of law epistemology.  It covers: the impact of the domination of the normative science of law or the pure science of law against the works of law in Indonesia, the basic theories of system, law as a system, components of system of law, system of law and development of law, and paths of the basic design of analysis of law.
