The
use of transportation is very useful these days, because it makes it easy for
humans to move places very quickly and easily. one of the most popular uses of
transportation services is air transportation. air transportation is more in
demand by many people because it is shorter and prices are increasingly
competitive with other transportation such as buses and trains. Occupational
health and safety (K3) need to be considered in the work environment, because
health is a condition or a healthy situation of a person both physically and
spiritually while work safety is a situation where workers are guaranteed
safety when working whether in using machines, airplanes, work tools, processes
processing also the workplace and the environment are also guaranteed
Occupational Health and
Safety is all the effort and thought carried out in order to prevent, cope with
and reduce the occurrence of accidents and their impacts through the steps of
identification, analysis and control of hazards by implementing a hazard
control system appropriately and implementing legislation on occupational
safety and health . (Depnaker RI, 2005).
Security and safety in a
civil flight are also very dependent on the security of the airport that
dispatched the aircraft. Considering the many threats from unlawful acts of
interference both when the aircraft is on the ground and in the air. In
Indonesia this refers to these rules which are also regulated in various Laws
starting from UU No. 2 of 1976, UU No. 1 of 2009 which is a revision
of UU No. 15 of 1992
governing Aviation. Which regulates about domestic civil aviation, starting
from the security and safety standards of an aircraft, the security and safety
standards of a civil airport, and about the procedures for security checks in a
civil airport
The Government has a
National Civil Aviation Security Program which aims at flight security and
safety, regularity and sustainability of civil aviation in Indonesia by
providing protection to passengers, flight crew, airplanes, ground officers and
the public, and installations in airport areas against unlawful acts. The
government sees the need for a new paradigm that aviation safety is a shared
responsibility between the Government, the Aviation Company and the service
user community. the existence of safety standards for passengers will provide
comfort for passengers to travel to their destination.
