Application of Artificial Intelligence in Modern Community Life

The development of information technology is currently developing very rapidly. Community life has become more modern and practical where the dependence on technology is very high. One example of technological development is the internet, cellphones, computers, laptops and others, besides that technology is also used as a communication tool and source for finding information so that using technology can help solve human problems in various fields.
AI (Artificial Intelligence) is a knowledge that makes computers able to imitate human intelligence so that computers can do things that humans do which requires intelligence. Artificial intelligence is a development in the world of science in making computers able to have their thoughts and intelligence like humans. AI itself began in 1970 and developed in 1980, the purpose of its initial creation was to create a computer system that mimics human thought processes to solve common problems.

AI has been applied in various fields and platforms such as on Deep Blue computers equipped with chess programs in 1997 and has been used against world champion chess player Garry Kasparov, there is also a Logic Theorist a program that is able to prove some of the theorems that exist in the first chapter of a mathematics book, SYSTRAN is a program that can be used to translate to and from German, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Portuguese and Spanish. Delco Electronics created a car that can drive itself, this car uses edge detection to stay on the road.

AI can do the usual tasks such as perception, natural language, reasoning, robot control. Not only ordinary tasks AI can also perform formal tasks such as mathematics and simple games, but AI's expert tasks can also do such as Engineering, knowledge analysis, treatment diagnosis, and financial analysis.
