Increased use of private transport, especially motorbikes, has resulted in an increase in vehicle traffic flow in the City of Denpasar, Bali. This increase in traffic flow requires increasing road capacity, by managing traffic flow on the street section, from two directions to one direction. One of the impacts of the management is the conflict of interweaving (Single Braided Conflict) that occurs on the Jalan Cok Agung Tresna Section, due to the traffic flow that enters the Jalan Cok Agung Tresna intersection, and Jayagiri street, as well as those who exit to the Agung Tresna Road and Tantular intersections.

This research aims to; 1 Analyzing Characteristics of Cok Agung Tresna Road Section between Cok Agung Tresna Intersection and Jayagiri Street and Cok Agung Tresna Intersection and Tantular Street, 2. Predicting Degree of Saturation of Cok Road Section. Agung Tresna due to the Braided Conflict between the Agung Tresna Intersection, Jayagiri Street and the Cok Agung Tresna Intersection, Tantular Street. This study uses the Bina Marga Method, specifically using the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual as a reference in analyzing the Cok Agung Tresna Road Section.

The results of this study are 1. The most traffic volume of vehicles occurred at peak hours in the afternoon between 17:00 hours to 18:00 hours, which is 799 vehicles / hour or 3110 SMP / Hour. Traffic entering from Jayagiri Street and Cok. Agung Tresna Road of 640 vehicles / hour, or 486 SMP / hour. Capacity of Cok Street Section. Agung Tresna amounted to 3491 SMP / Hour. The degree of saturation is 0.699, with the free flow velocity of 36.83 km / hour. 2, Projection for the next five years, namely in 2024, an increase in the total traffic flow of 4718 SMP / Hour and the Capacity of the Cok Agung Tresna Road Section. becomes 3663 SMP / Hour. The degree of saturation in the next five years will be 1.28.

So five years later an increase in traffic flow by 1.52 times and an increase in road capacity of 1.05 times had an impact on the degree of saturation that has more than doubled. Recommendations to reduce the degree of saturation are; 1. It is necessary to manage traffic flow which is to prohibit traffic flow from Jayagiri Street to Cok. Agung Tresna Road or change Jayagiri street from two directions to one direction to the north, 2. The widening of the Cok Agung Tresna Road Section is required, and the installation of signs and markers, so that motorists move on the right lane.
