 Developments in the construction world experience a very rapid journey,
especially an large projects in general. Where there is prominent here, the
namely is appearance of projects engineering techniques, by transferring human
labor to mechanics. Considering that in 1980, there was a lame, the mechanics
use in metropolitan places or big cities. It is not associated with all types of
projects.

Even thought sometimes heavy equipment is not really needed, but still using
mechanical tools, which should be done by human power, is a separate value
that currently needs to be displayed, given the amount of competition, Thus, in
the construction world especially those designed with heavy equipment are part
of the trend of implementation of the projects being undertaken.
Let alone see the project location that intersects with the crowd, this happens in
all lines of construction work. There are parts that are often forced, for example
are business interest and big names of entrepreneurs or contractors.
 It is unfortunate if the use of such equipment is not always profitable or in
efficient. Apparently this was not considered in the pursuit of profit.
This business  not only absolute in the calculation of profits, [performance is no
less important in today’s competition. When viewed from this issue of projects
cost as a profit reference, it is relatively not the main, but on an on going basis,
is part of the long term life of the contractor.
 Current developments considering the influence of existing
environmental factors, it seems that with technology, cost quality and time will
be a very reason for adopting a heavy equipment in construction projects.
 As can be observed and seen in the field, construction projects generally
use more heavy equipment to support the physical implementation of the
project.
