The success of software system implementation is believed to be determined by the entity system and organizational behavior that are applied throughout the lifespan of the entity itself. The development of science and information technology forces the entity organs to be willing to change in accordance with changes that can certainly sustain, create, and maintain the added value of the entity to achieve stakeholder welfare.
The question is what actions need to be taken by both the system creator and the system user?
Wikipedia in Indonesian – the free encyclopedia, states that a System comes from the Latin (systēma) and Greek (sustēma) languages, which refers to a unity consisting of components or elements that are connected together to facilitate the flow of information, materials, or energy to achieve a certain goal.
In this learning, we will refer to the term 'system' which is a combination of information technology with the activities of the people using that technology to support their activities.
It is good to think about how a system is defined. The basic definition of a system is "a set of components and their relationships." Let’s take the example of a bicycle - there are two wheels, front and rear, a saddle, a chain, brakes, a stem, and many more. Each element has a different role. The elements of a bicycle are parts of the whole bicycle components. The components or the entire elements are related to one another, as illustrated below, which is a bicycle product.
