They participate according to their respective fields, so that their hopes will foster a work climate and business that is harmonious, harmonious and balanced. Whereas Pancasila Industrial Relations, is defined as a system of relationships formed between actors in the process of production of goods and or services (government, employers and workers) based on values ​​which are manifestations of the overall precepts of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution, which grow and developing above the national personality and national culture of Indonesia. In line with this understanding, the precepts of the Pancasila that underlie HIP are an integral part that cannot be separated. In the pandemic covid-19 era, we realized that the affected people were all elements of society, in whatever sector they were in, especially in the tourism sector, because tourists or the transference of people from one place to another were the basic potential for the spread of this epidemic. Bali puts tourism as the main leading sector in economic life, of course, has a great potential affected by this virus outbreak. The tourism sector in Bali, from the upstream to the downstream has been declared ditutu by the government, in order to prevent the outbreak of this outbreak, so this sector will be like suspended animation.As mentioned above, there are three components in the Pancasila industrial relations, it will be tried first to see the actions taken by the government, because the government has the power and authority to overcome any problems that occur and occur in society.
