Attraction is an important factor that can motivate someone to visit a tourist destination. This is in accordance with Leiver's opinion about tourism which consists of three important elements, namely tourists or tourists, geography includes markets or regions that have an attraction that can encourage interest in tourism and elements of the tourism industry that concern about businesses or businesses that regulate travel or tourism products (Marpaung, 2000). The meaning of Balinese culture that can be an attraction to lure tourists to visit longer in a tourist destination. Garudeya's story is quoted from the book Adi Parwa I, as follows:

“The turning of the sea of milk by the Gods and Daitya then the Horse Uccaihgrawa came out. The news was heard by the Kadru who then said to the Winata as follows, whether the younger brother heard that there was a Uccaihgrawa Horse coming out of the Lawana ocean, apparently very good and all the black feathers of the Winata also answered Kadru's question. According to my hearing that the horse is white and so is its tail. Kandru and Winata maintain their respective opinions. Eventually they bet on the condition that whoever loses will later become a slave.

The next day Kadru and Winata went to the place of the Horse Uccahigrawa to prove its truth by going through the sea of Kaira which was merged by the Gods and Daitya, the same as before. The horse had previously been sprinkled with snakes so that its tail turned black and this was all the effort of Kadru. Seeing the horse's tail is black, so that Winata became Kadru's slave.

When the winata became Kadru's slaves, that's when the Garuda was born. Garuda is the magic bird of the son of Bhagawan Kasiapa with a winata. Garuda got a lot of praise from the gods as a great priest, as a god, Garuda is the master of the floating, the king of all kings, the Garuda's rays are the sun's rays.

Garuda's job is to care for Kadru's children very carefully. On that occasion the Winata asked Garuda for help asking Kadru's children that what had become an obstacle to be free from slavery. The dragons say that if you want to escape slavery you have to pay with Tirta Amerta. The Garuda was very happy to hear the answers from the dragons and immediately excused himself from his mother. The Garuda then flew towards Somaka Mountain, which is located inside the frame where the Amerta tirta was hidden.

Amerta's place was apparently surrounded by fire and spells were also placed that kept spinning. Garuda reduced its body to be able to enter between the chakras. Finally Garuda can enter Amerta's place and there Garuda can meet with two snakes as Amerta's guards. The dragon was pecked and then eaten and Amerta complete with the place in the form of kamandalu he took. Garuda darted skyward. Meanwhile Betara Indra came forward and asked that Amerta not be given to the dragons, because they were very opposed to the gods. Garuda answered calmly, Amerta would be used to redeem my mother from the slavery of Kadru.

Finally Garuda went to the place of the dragons, and Amerta was tied to thatch leaves, and given to the dragons while saying that Amerta was my mother's redemption and from now on my mother did not become your slave. Now you may drink amerta in the condition you have to take a shower. The dragons immediately bathed, how shocked when Amerta was no longer because it had been taken by the God Indra. The dragons were sad but there was a drop of Amerta left at the top of the thatch leaves and the dragons were licked until their tongues were split into two due to the sharpness of the thatch leaves. Until now, the tongues of dragons / snakes have been split into two. Likewise, thatch leaf is now widely used for ceremonies, because thatch leaf is considered sacred as the former Amerta" (Siman Widyatmanta, 1958: 62).
