Adequacy of nutrition depends on human internal factors (age, sex, body weight and human health conditions) and external factors come from the type and amount of food consumed. Basically, the composition of four healthy and five perfect foods is a guideline that can be applied in providing food for consumption every day. Rice and tubers as a source of carbohydrates, fish, meat and eggs as a source of animal protein, vegetables and fruit as a source of vegetable protein and minerals and milk supplementation. Adequate nutrition and regular exercise can support good health and maintain body immunity.

The pandemic because of the Covid 19 epidemic caused problems in the fields of health, economy and family welfare. The application of Work From Home (WFH) causes behavioral changes in each individual in carrying out the routine between work and activities in the household. The positive effect is the optimal use of time because there is no need to travel to work or activities outside the home for those who are still dropping off and picking up children for school because school activities are carried out online from home as well. Activities become more diverse because each family member can help each other to eliminate boredom and add experience by applying practical theories in gardening that can be traced through the internet at home.

One of the activities that are currently favored is hydroponic plant cultivation and fish farming in a bucket (Budikdamber)
