Nutritional needs and healthy life behaviors such as exercise are urgently needed by everyone to maintain physical health and fitness and can increase body immunity. Applying a healthy lifestyle with balanced nutrition in question is to consume foods that contain nutrients or nutrients that are ENOUGH AND VARIATIVE. It is intended that all elements needed by the body can be fulfilled because the body's nutritional needs cannot be fulfilled by only one or two types of food so it must consume balanced nutrition containing carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals, antioxidants and enough water. Besides nutrition, exercise is equally important in maintaining physical health and fitness. Simply consuming nutritious food and exercising is a basic need for survival and activity, maintaining health, increasing immunity so that it can reduce the risk of exposure or infection with the virus especially when the current pandemic COVID-19 occurs. Most of the people would already know about it, but maybe there are still and even many who do not adopt a healthy lifestyle for some reason. For this reason, as a lecturer, especially in the field of health, it is very necessary to have an active role in socializing the impact and anticipation when dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic conditions by making scientific work in the form of articles containing about how the technique of living a healthy lifestyle in dealing with pandemic conditions that are socialized both through the mass media and in other ways so that people are more often exposed or get education about the application of a healthy lifestyle. The COVID-19 pandemic period such as the need for nutrition and exercise is a priority because otherwise it will reduce immunity and will be more easily infected and or infected with COVID-19. In fulfilling adequate nutrition and exercising also must continue to apply health protocols to reduce the risk of contracting or being infected by COVID-19. Besides nutrition and exercise there are several ways needed to improve health and body immunity such as adequate rest and avoid stress. It is not easy to deal with the current pandemic conditions but nowadays everyone has to deal with this situation because it is already a pandemic. Therefore the community must wisely deal with this condition with healthy living behaviors and with sufficient activities. Wise in this case is being able to condition oneself both in anticipation and in behaving with the environment and not too concerned with conditions but must be able to anticipate. Adjusting the conditions in question is not easy to experience stress because in stressful conditions the body works harder to maintain health so that it can affect the body's immune system. Controlling or avoiding stress, exercising regularly and not drinking alcoholic drinks the body can secrete the hormone endorfin (happy hormone) and can reduce / decrease the hormone cortisol as a trigger for stress. Required adequate rest or sleep because when resting or sleeping cells in the blood can work effectively to protect the body and fight viral infections. When the body's immunity is weak or decreased, a person will be easily infected or exposed to the virus, especially COVID-19, whose mechanism and transmission is very fast and unique.
