This paper is not intended to defend the General Elections Commission (KPU) or to blame the Honorary Council of the General Election Organizer (DKPP) but rather as a review of the provisions relating to the organization (and organizer) of the General Election, particularly those relating to the mechanism of dispute resolution regarding the results of the election.
