Notary / PPAT is a public official who has the authority to make a Deed or agreements such as a sale and purchase agreement, lease agreement, deed of incorporation of a company and others. However, sometimes because of its authority, it is often misused by parties / clients dealing with Notary / PPAT. And sometimes the Notary / PPAT is not spared from efforts to facilitate matters with his clients so that it can lead to falling into criminal cases.
