In the Covid Pandemic -19 by the government on June 30, 2020 Ahead of the enactment of The New Normal or new custom, Covid positive patients in Indonesia increased sharply, the total number of cases being 56,385 people. This amount is based on data coming into the central government in stages until Tuesday afternoon, both the real time Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) test and Molecular Rapid Test (TCM) according to (www.tirto.id). Women really determine the progress of national and international development so we must know that in our country women are the most noble human beings. Initially, women who started looking for a living, giving birth to raising their sons and daughters to adulthood of women, were the main factors for the progress of their household.

It is in the handling of the Covid Pandemic 19th that the author sees that the Medical Team in each Hospital is the most dominant Nurse and Midwife is a Woman. In the participation of women, the writer believes that the role of women is more perfect in line with men. The Covid-19 pandemic is certainly not certain when it will end soon, so health protocols need to be applied with extreme caution. What should be done with today's changing arrangements Pandemic Covid-19 is accustomed to enforce hand washing, prepare sanitayzers to wear health gloves, wear masks and measure body temperature at each entrance. It would be nice for all public services to implement the completeness of the new Normal era.

Preliminary figures indicate that the number of women and men infected with COVID-19 is approximately the same amount, but the mortality rate is higher for men. This is potentially due to immunological or gender differences based on sex, such as the prevalence of smoking activity. However, the scarcity of gender disaggregated data makes effective comparisons difficult. In addition, previous epidemic studies, such as SARS and Ebola, showed that women were affected differently by health crises and epidemics. The incidence and reports of violence against women in the household also increased. This shows male psychological distress due to loss of work and short-term income, and violent behavior and confinement at home with a partner who is abusive during restrictions. As a result, in the long run women's psychological well-being may be affected even worse than men from financial and emotional stress, combined with physical violence. When impacts are reduced, creating an accessible information portal about the availability of jobs will help men and women match potential employers, especially in urban areas. More than ever before, technology will be at the core of "New Normal" and bridging the digital divide will increase opportunities for girls and women to access education and employment. The development of participatory studies has attracted worldwide attention when the United Nations (UN) held an International conference in 1992 with Agenda 21 in Rio de Jeneiro which developed an action program for sustainable development. Where this Program focuses on Consultation, Capacity Building and community empowerment, accountability, and resources according to (Solekhan, p. 142: 2014) Therefore the authors think that Women's Participation has meaning and aims are very important for the progress of development.
