IMPLEMENTATION OF UBUD SMART TOURISM INFORMATION SYSTEM AS PART OF THE EFFORTS TO MAKE SMART CITY TOURISM IN GIANYAR BALI REGENCY

Ubud is a sub-district in the Gianyar Regency, Bali, which is famous for nature, culture and history. As one of the world-class tourism destinations, Ubud supplies regional income from tourism, as well as income for the local community. But until now, not so much use of information technology, which is used to support and improve services in the field of tourism in Ubud. There needs to be good integration in the system, which involves the role of tourism actors (local governments, hotels / inns, event organizers, as well as domestic and foreign tourists). This integration will facilitate the user and facilitate the management of data and information in it. So through this research, which is based on research in the field, given a proposal analysis, design, and implementation of the Ubud Smart Tourism web-based information system, as part of efforts to realize the Smart City in Tourism (Smart Tourism) in the Gianyar Regency of Bali.
