Abstrak

All Puskesmas in Gianyar Regency currently provide health services to the community, both with a manual system and using a Puskesmas Management Information System (SIM) that is not uniform and not online. This raises a number of problems, including: errors in processing patient data (registration, examination, referral, laboratory), data duplication, availability and reliability of services, as well as slow service in terms of registering new patients and searching for patient data. This is also exacerbated by the lack of technical knowledge from health workers in each puskesmas to receive and utilize information technology. A uniform integrated Puskesmas SIM is needed for all puskesmas throughout the Gianyar Regency, which is within the Cloud Computing network, which was developed and tested using the Design Science Research Methodology (DSRM) methodology and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) methodology. It is expected that this integrated Puskesmas SIM will be able to integrate all data and manage it better, provide reliability in computer networks, provide better services, present more accurate information, speed up patient data searching and report generation, and can be easily accepted and understood by users (medical personnel at the puskesmas). The final results of this study, are expected to improve the quality and quality of service to the community.
