CLOUD COMPUTING BASED PREGNANCY DIAGNOSIS INFORMATION SYSTEM USING FORWARD CHAINING CERTAINTY FACTOR METHOD

Funding period : 2020-2020 Deactivate

Abstrak

The maternal mortality rate during pregnancy and childbirth in the Province of Bali, is quite high. One of the causes is due to the lack of initial diagnosis regarding illnesses and complaints experienced by pregnant women during pregnancy. Another thing is that there is still a lack of health medical workers scattered throughout Bali, to be able to provide optimal health services. An online information system is needed to help make it easier for pregnant women to be able to independently diagnose illnesses, complaints, and symptoms experienced during pregnancy. The system must be able to be accessed anytime and anywhere, has high reliability and availability, and quickly provides diagnostic results to users, based on the input provided. To that end, the information system that was built was developed using the stages in Design Science Research Methodology (DSRM), where user input data is processed into diagnoses using the Forward Chaining Certainty Factor method, and tested on the user side using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method ). The system also uses Cloud Computing technology, to realize the Reliability and Availability of the system in a computer network. The final results of the study are expected to help the Bali Provincial Health Office and the community in reducing maternal mortality during pregnancy and childbirth.
