Abstrak

This project represents a corpus-based, constructional approach to argument realisation in the context of research on the valency-increasing mechanism, particularly applicativisation. The publications related to this research can be found below.


Update

  • December 2023 - The paper is now formally published (PDF) in NUSA.

  • Feb. 2023 - The first draft of the BUY verb paper was submitted to the editor
  • Nov. 2022 - I was invited to contribute a paper to the special issue of NUSA on Applicatives in Austronesian Languages based on my co-authored talk (with I Wayan Arka) on the argument realisation of the Indonesian BUY verb 'beli' presented at the Australian National University (see the Publications below).
