Abstrak

Spiritual competence is one of the competencies that must be possessed by a nurse. Spiritual care is important to answer basic questions related to pain, suffering, death and to support patients find meaning, purpose and life expectancy. Although spiritual care is an important and necessary dimension in nursing practice, the results of the study show that there are still many nurses who lack adequate spiritual competence and often neglect it. For this reason, a strategy to increase nurses' spiritual competence is needed through a training program. Based on this, this study was conducted to determine the effect of Actioning Spirituality and Spiritual Care in Education Training (ASSET) and Group Reflection Model on Nurse Spiritual Competence at Udayana University Hospital.
