Abstrak
The main component in an
organization is human resources. Source human resources who are able to play an
active role within and outside the organization will become an invaluable
strength and asset in increasing productivity work and realizing employee
performance. This is the background for the researcher conducted research using
SEM PLS analysis, to assess variables and factors that influence employee
performance at the Bank Rural People (BPR) in South Bali. The research
objectives are: i) To analyze the effect of work motivation on employee
performance; ii) Analyzing the effect of work motivation on OCB; iii) Analyze
the effect of employee competence on OCB; iv) Analyze influence of employee
competence on employee performance, v) Analyzing influence organizational
culture towards OCB; vi) Analyze the influence of organizational culture on
employee performance; vii) Analyze the effect of OCB on performance employees;
viii) Analyze the mediating role of OCB on the effect of work motivation on
employee performance; ix) Analyze the mediating role of OCB on influence employee
competence on employee performance and x) Analyze the role of mediation OCB on
the influence of organizational culture on employee performance
