Abstrak

Tsunami waves are a type of wave that can move in all directions until it reaches the coast and has the power to damage the environment. The damage caused by this wave will strengthen even more on land. The problem that occurs is that residents who lives on the coast are lack an understanding of tsunami. One solution to this problem is to create a system of tsunami evacuation route maps and education by utilizing smart phone technology. In this study the research location is in Denpasar City, The Capital City of Bali province which famous world-wide for its tourism. The method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This application was built using the Flutter and Dart programming languages. This research uses an Android application that can be used as a medium of tsunami disaster evacuation in form of tsunami hazard map, tsunami evacuation route and 3D video animation. The testing method in this study uses black box testing. From the results of black box testing that this application has been successfully run and all functionality has been running in accordance with expectations by using a cell phone as an experimental material by conducting several tests.
