Abstrak
Tegalalang Village is famous as one of the centers of handicraft production in Gianyar Regency. The craftsmen in this village produce products such as wooden sculptures, handicrafts made from used cans, handicrafts made from marine trash wood and handicrafts made from liquid glass. Crafters have innovated to produce handicraft products that can compete and follow the market / consumer desires, but currently there is a decline in turnover, especially products that will be exported abroad. This problem arises because the crafters still find it difficult to market their handicraft products. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to make an E-Marketing application as a container for marketing handicraft products that have been made by crafters. E-Marketing is a marketing method that utilizes the internet so that it can reach consumers and the wider market. The User Centered Design (UCD) method is used at the application design stage. This method is used so that later applications can be used and according to user needs. The results of this study are expected to design the E-Marketing application as a marketing container for the crafters of craftsmen in the village of Tegalalang Gianyar, so that it can reach consumers and markets in the country and abroad.
