Abstrak

The development of tourism in Tenganan is a one of beautiful destinations in Bali,the local government in Tenganan have  planning of tourism in Tenganan Pegringsingan to make attention of  local tourist and international tourist , the tourism development can be able to turn on the business sector as a means of accommodation, as one of the largest economic contributors to the tourism sector has entered into villages that are in Bali especially Tenganan Pegringsingan Village, to improve economic sector the government through programs or ecotourism networks have been able to awaken the potential of the village, even more so as one of the sources of village finance, Like a tourist village in general, Karangasem Regency Government does not escape the role of the community in village development. One of the programs proposed by the Provincial Government of Bali in the development of special interest tourism in the form of a tourism village development program which is used as a reference in the management of a tourist village known as JED (Village Ecotourism Network) is made for and by the community, and the benefits obtained will be empowered again for the community as well as village conservation. The concept of JED (Village Ecotourism Network) can restore the essence of a community-based tourism business model, the Village Ecotourism Network (JED) has the benefit of creating tourism development models especially tourism villages in preserving their natural and socio-cultural potential based on local wisdom, and being able to financially support customary villages in developing independent villages and able to manage village finances through the Village Ecotourism Network. The village government has the right to prepare village development plans in accordance with the authority that refers to village development planning. JED is very important to be applied because it has special principles in preventing and being able to cope with the impact of tourist activities on nature and culture, prevention and mitigation that are adjusted to the nature and character of the nature and culture of the village
