Abstrak
Services at Sanglah Hospital in Denpasar are mostly services for BPJS patients. Evaluation of satisfaction of BPJS patients specifically in the pediatric ward has never been done. Customer or patient satisfaction in general at Sanglah Hospital has not yet reached the target. What factors play a role in influencing patient satisfaction are important to be investigated so that improvement efforts can be made to improve health services with the target of achieving maximum patient satisfaction.
