Design of Performance Measurement System for Industrial Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University
Funding period : 2020- Active
Abstrak
The Faculty of Engineering of Udayana University is one of the Faculties within the University of Udayana. The Faculty of Engineering has 7 study programs which have many enthusiasts. Currently the Faculty of Engineering is preparing to support Udayana University to obtain international certifications such as the Asean University Network - Quality Assurance (AUN-QA) and IABEE. From 7 existing study programs, there are 2 new study programs, one of which is the Industrial Engineering study program.
The Industrial Engineering study program was established in 2019, and will continue to prepare for accreditation. One of the supporters in obtaining the accreditation is that the Industrial Engineering Faculty of Engineering study program must have a performance measurement system. This research will design an integrated performance measurement system through several methods, namely Integrated Performance Measurement Systems (IPMS) in determining the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) which is a performance indicator which is then assisted using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in assigning weights to each each KPI. After the KPI has a weight then a comprehensive scoring is carried out using the Objectives Matrix (OMAX) Method so that the index number per period is generated which is a reference to the performance level of the majors, as well as the Traffic Light System (TLS) to find out which KPI needs improvement based on color. With the creation of an integrated performance measurement system, it is expected that the Industrial Engineering Study Program of the Faculty of Engineering can make continuous improvements.
