Abstrak

This research raises the topic of superior fields of culture and tourism which are part of the theme of the Flagship Research Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University and a priority to be implemented in the academic year 2017. Based on this background and in line with the implementation of the Study Program Flagship Research Grant (HUPS) ) organized by the Institute of Research and Community Service (LPPM) of Udayana University, we submit a research proposal entitled "Synergy of Government, Society and Tourism Players in the Procurement of Green Open Space Functioning Ritual, Culture, and Recreation in Pengotan Village, Bangli" . The purpose of this study was to examine the procurement of green open space (RTH) in Pengotan Village, Bangli, which was born from the synergy between the three development actors, namely the government, the community, and tourism actors. The role and interests of each of these development actors will greatly determine the direction of development of green space, including activities in it. This problem will be examined through a study of three elements of research, namely: (1) study of the elements forming spatial patterns (spatial) Pengotan Village; (2) the study of the elements forming green space in the village of Pengotan; and (3) the study of government, community and tourism actors' synergy in the provision of green space, ritual, cultural and recreational functions in Pengotan Village. The study of green space functions will also be linked to the conception of sustainable development. To achieve the goals set, this study was designed using qualitative methods. Data collection through literature studies, field surveys (observations), interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was performed qualitatively descriptive which included data editor, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Substantially, the results of the research will be compiled in the final research report with an output in the form of scientific publications / manuscript articles in national journals.
