Smart Medical Record (Integrated Online Electronic Medical Record System with Fingerprint support, Tele Image Medicine, Smart Card dan GIS Google Map)

The terms medical records, health records, and medical charts are used interchangeably to describe the systematic documentation of a patient's medical history and time care in the jurisdiction of one particular health service provider. Medical records are important files / documents for each agency or unit of the health service center (medical center). However, at present the issue of medical records is very complex both regarding the management of data and information on medical records, access to medical records between health service centers and their confidentiality.
The study, entitled Smart Medical Record (SMR), aims to create an infrastructure of information management data systems and medical record information that is designed to integrate online various medical centers such as: practice doctors, clinics, health centers, hospitals, and offices of the health department, equipped with technology fingerprint (fingerprint) and smart card in the form of e-KTP and Indonesia Sehat Card to access information on patient medical records, medicines provided, medical personnel who care for and use google map-based technology (google map) for mapping the location of medical centers and mobile technology . The development of SMR will collaborate with several medical centers that are representatives of health service agencies. The long-term goal of this study is that the Government has an SMR infrastructure that can be utilized nationally by various health center units so as to support the improvement of health standards which is one of the national strategic issues, health data and information are an inseparable part therein. This study uses a two-year step method in developing each SMR support system.
