Does education really affect the understanding of technopreneurship among university students in Bali?

Abstrak

This study shows a relationship between education and technopreneurship among university students in Bali, where technopreneurship is not well-developed compared to the tourism sector. A purposive survey was done to 145 university students from different backgrounds across universities in Bali. The survey shows that education has a strong and significant relationship with: (1) level of understanding in technopreneurship, (2) willingness of adopting technologies for future businesses, and (3) availability of entrepreneurial/technopreneurial practice. The conclusion is that education significantly and strongly affects the development of technopreneurship in Bali.
