Abstrak
Bali pig is one of the biology biodiversity and original genetic resources of Bali island. Bali pig have many advantages such as resistant for many diseases, easy to farming, good meat, and favorable food for balinese people. But until today the population became decrease, so bali pig might be increasing by good farming, and one of them is controlling the healthy status regularly. For fork or another needs for food or ceremony, healthy control must be held seriously to avoid of diseases . To consumption of pig meet sometimes be avoid because not healthy but this assumption must be held with good and real data to decide good or bad a product to be consumption. So we must work with blood biochemistry and serum protein bali pig. This study aimed to know the blood biochemistry and serum protein bali pig as a source of feed stuff babi guling. as a good indicator for healthy bali pig status. 25 serum from bali pig 3-4 month old as sample for biochemistry examination for kolesterol total, lipid profile, protein total leucocyte and erytrocyte total, glucose and calcium level, assay by semiautomaticbiochemistry analyzer by Photometer 4020.Serum protein detected with SDS-PAGE method. Kuantificatie and huge of electroforegramm protein counted with Image J, in table, figure, and graffic. The target is National Journal Publication.
