Effects of PAD, DBH, DAU, and DAK on Capital Expenditures in Bali Province

Abstrak

The granting of regional autonomy has an effect on economic growth

an area because it gives freedom to the local government to

make their own financial plans and make policies

can affect the progress of the region. Implementation of fiscal decentralization

in addition to giving authority to local governments also influences

the ability of the region to meet the public interest so this research

aims to examine the effect of PAD on Capital Expenditures, the effect of DBH

on Capital Expenditures,, DAU influence on Capital Expenditures and influence

DAK of Capital Expenditures. The research method used is associative

with the statistical test of lean linear regression analysis.

The data used in this study are secondary data in the form

APBD realization data of the city and regency in the province of Bali. Population used

is the realization of PAD, DBH, DAU, DAK, and Capital Expenditures from 2010 to

2015 all districts and municipalities of the province of Bali. This research technique

using the census method. The census method is a method by taking

all regencies and municipalities in the Province of Bali. Researched data

APBD realization data and also APBD from 2010 to

2015.

The results showed that PAD had no significant effect

on capital expenditure. Meanwhile, DBH, DAU and DAK have an effect

significant to Capital Expenditures.
