Abstrak
National development is a process of overall development
system of implementing a country to realize its national goals
stated in the opening of the 1945 Constitution, the greater the level of development
a country indicates the country is increasingly developed and developing
(Goddess, 2015). Indonesia's GDP rose by 5.1 percent and ranked 3rd
under the states of India and the Philippines. National economic growth is also not
apart from the role of regional development (Muchtolifah, 2010). There is
several indicators that determine the success of national development, viz
economic growth, economic structure, quality of life index, urbanization, and
human development index, health and education (Parsiyo and Widya,
2013).
The success of regional economic development is synonymous with
increased economic growth. good economic growth is uncertain
describe equality and prosperity in society. Often the impact
the results of economic growth are not felt evenly, so
lead to inequality, both income inequality and
inequality between regions. The high inequality is due to differences
economic structure in districts and cities. Some regions are regions
industry and urban areas are quite advanced, while other regions are regions
villages that rely on the agricultural sector. With inequality
this is why it is necessary to study the factors that influence
economic growth and regional inequality.
This study aims to determine the effect of regional financial performance
on economic growth and regional inequality in districts / cities in
Bali Province. The variables of this study are all financial performance ratios
region is an independent variable (Independence Ratio (X1), Ratio
Effectiveness (X2), Efficiency Ratio (X3) and Growth Ratio (X4)), and
The dependent variable of this study is Economic Growth (Y1) as well
Regional Inequality (Y2). Based on this model, this study
using Path analysis techniques, using all
regencies / cities in Bali Province with the research period being during 2013-
2019. Data sources come from the Central Statistics Agency in the form of secondary data
such as APBD and GRDP per district / city in all provinces of Bali. Research
this is done to promote sustainable development at the local level
maupuan national. The research output is in the form of publications in national journals
indexed SINTA 3, IPR, Research model. Technology Readiness Level
This research is in TKT 3 where the research seeks to prove
the concept of the relationship of variables to one another. The results of the study will be
produce conclusions that provide theoretical and practical implications
to the local government.
