Abstrak
This
study aims to determine public perceptions of the use of financial technology
(fintech). This research uses questionnaire data collection techniques with
respondents from the city of Denpasar who use or do not use fintech. Some
literature states that the intention to use information technology is
influenced by consumers' perceptions of the technology, which includes
perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and perceived risk of using it.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of perceived ease of use,
perceived usefulness, and perceived risk on transaction intentions using
digital wallet fintech in Denpasar. To achieve this goal, this research will be
conducted with a quantitative approach, both descriptive and associative and
the respondents will be the people in Denpasar who use or not use fintech.
Furthermore, after the research is completed, it will be continued by
summarizing the essence of the research into an article that is ready to be
disseminated and sent to an accredited international/national journal. Thus
this research was finally able to provide value to all stakeholders, such as
researchers, students, Small and Medium Enterprises, the government as a
facilitator and regulator of business transactions.
