Application Of Linear Programming Models On Small and Medium Business Craft Tiles in Dharmasaba Village Badung Regency ( Case Study on UD Putra Bali Genteng )
Funding period : 2020- Active
Abstrak
Population growth resulted in an increase in housing needs. The logical consequence is the change in the use of building materials such as tiles, bricks, and other roofing material needs made of clay. The purpose of this study is to produce the optimal amount and combination of production in line with market demand so that it can get the maximum profit by using linear programming model.
This research was conducted at UD. Putra Bali Genteng in Darmasaba village, Abiansemal District, Badung Regency. The research method used in this research is descriptive method (descriptive research). The sampling technique used is a saturated or census sample that examines all members of the population as a sample. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and notes. The analytical method used is a linear programming analysis tool using the simplex method, to determine the optimal amount of production with maximum profits. From the results of this study will be known the optimal number of production combinations, the maximum total profit to be gained.
