Irrigation Water Distribution Strategy on the Tillage Processing in Subak

When tillage processing in subak, a lot of irrigation water is needed, while the available water can be surplus or it can also be insufficient. Thus a strategy is needed to distribute the irrigation water so that the excess or lack of water when tillage processing is proportional to the area of the land involved, so that it is considered fair for farmers as subak members.
