Abstrak

So far, the development of tourism in Tabanan Regency is monotonous in the already well-known tourist attraction that has not been innovated to collaborate between the natural, cultural and creative potentials of the local community, thus giving rise to an impression of similarity or similarity between one tourist attraction to another. One innovation breakthrough that needs to be done is through the development of Community-Based Tourism Villages in Cau Belayu Village, Marga District, Tabanan Regency. With this development it is hoped that it can improve the quality of life of the community, preserve the art and culture of local communities and preserve the environment in a sustainable manner. The development of a Tourism Village in Cau Belayu Village has a high selling value to be a leading tourist attraction, but in reality this village has not been able to be developed as a professional tourism village, both in terms of management, human resources, and the potential utilization of the village. This study aims to formulate a strategy model and development program for Community-Based Tourism Villages in Cau Belayu Village, Marga District, Tabanan Regency. This research was carried out through several stages, the first stage was in the form of identification of the potential attractiveness of the Tourism Village in Cau Belayu Village / an internal study of the aspects of destination, industry, marketing and institutions (destipekelem). The second stage is identifying the strengths and weaknesses of internal factors in the aspects of destination, industry, marketing and institutions as well as opportunities and threats from external factors from the aspects of PEST (political, economic, social and technology), the third stage in the formulation of a community-based tourism village development strategy in Cau Belayu Village with a SWOT analysis. The fourth stage formulates the Community Based Tourism Village program in Cau Belayu Village.
