Abstrak

The study began in 2008 researching the participation of women working in hotels. This is a series of studies related to tourism. because of the tourism destination. 1) Accommodation (amenities / facilities), 2) Tourist attraction / attraction, 3) infrastructure / infrastructure, 4) Transportation, 5) Hospitality / hospitality. Further research is about poverty, service recovery, which is research funded for doctoral grants. Followed by research related to city tourism, about geopark and tourism attractions. Future research will be directed towards consumer behavior. although it has already been done for a dissertation with the theme of service recovery using the theory of fairness, service quality and satisfaction and loyalty.
