Abstrak
The development of tourism in Pererenan Village has encouraged the development of tourism facilities especially villas as a supporting factor for tourism accommodation facilities. The existence of villas in urban and rural environments has contributed and impacted the local community. The contribution of villas to urban and rural communities has been able to improve the welfare of the local community as seen in the fields of economic, social and cultural development. In terms of economic development, the existence of the construction of a villa in a place will be able to open new jobs, improve the standard of living of the community, and open business opportunities related to the tourism industry. But on the other hand of course the development of the villa has also led to high rates of land use change around the local community environment. This is due to the fact that most of the existing villa developments have targeted environments that are far from urban areas and are more likely to be developed using the atmosphere of the rural environment and rice fields. Based on the discussion that the contribution of villas to traditional villages to improve the welfare of the community can be seen from the fields of development, economic, social and cultural. In terms of building the contribution of the villa can open new jobs, improve the standard of living of the community, open business opportunities related to the tourism industry such as car rental (rent car), salons and mini markets as well as increasing village income. The socio-cultural aspect of the villa's contribution is: participation in every social activity organized by groups of young people or sekaa cadets whether it is celebrating Independence Day, birthdays or Nyepi Day. Optimizing the existence of villas to improve community welfare can be seen from the socio-economic aspects, socio-cultural impacts, and environmental impacts. Pererenan traditional village community perception in optimizing the existence of villas in order to prosper the community based on a Likert scale obtained an average of good / agreed categories. This can be seen from the 17 indicators perceived by the people of Pererenan Village in relation to the existence of the villa that all categories are good with an average interval of 3.60 to 4.13.
