Abstrak
Badung Regency is one of the regencies in the Province of Bali with high economic potential, supported by the tourism sector as a very large icon or income model. Attention to the tourism sector, Badung Regency especially South Badung has enormous potential and tends to be overloaded. The handling of land use change can no longer be dammed, especially in the southern Kuta District which has very good (productive) agricultural potential. Kuta Selatan sub-district has an area of 10,113 Ha consisting of 3,412 Ha of agricultural land (Gardens: 1,138 Ha, Tegalan: 980 Ha, Community Forest: 655 Ha and Protection Forest: 639 Ha)) and non-agricultural land 6,701 Ha.
Land as a natural resource, living area, environmental media and production factors including the production of biomass that supports human life and other living creatures must be preserved and preserved. The increase in various activities of the population in the southern Kuta Sub-district has caused various environmental impacts, one of which is the decline in the quality of land quality on productive land which is characterized by declining agricultural productivity. The purpose of this study is to:

2. Knowing the parameters of soil damage so that the approach can be determined according to the problem
3. Obtain a map of the status of soil damage and control measures which include prevention, control and restoration of soil conditions.
