Abstrak
The number of foreign tourists arriving in Bali has increased significantly from year to year. This increasing trend is accompanied by an increase in morbidity and mortality related to travel. Tourists are considered an important population from an epidemiological point of view because of their mobility, and the risk of importing and exporting disease. Currently the existing tourism health surveillance system relies on data from returning and experiencing ill tourists, and is especially designed for countries of origin in developed countries. This study aims to develop an integrated tourism health surveillance and information system for tourist destinations in Bali and Indonesia.
