Developing Language Learning Application of Anggah Ungguhing Basa Bali Based on Mobile

The proposed research is the development of a mobile-based Bali language learning application which is focused on the level of speakers (Anggah Ungguhing Basa).  Levels of Balinese speaking are influenced by the context of communication. There are 3 main contexts that affect the speaker (party 1), listener (party 2), and  thing discussed (party 3). Besides these levels of language are also influenced by communication channels (official or informal), and socio-emotional situation.

The purpose of this research is to develop an application system for learning Balinese language based on mobile as an effective language learning media, especially for young people. With a long-term goal for the preservation of the Balinese language.
